Pastry Cream

A soft, fresh, manageable product, with vanilla milk flavor and bright, light yellow color, providing delicious consistency for all your products, applicable for bakery and confectionery uses.

Characteristics: Fresh and creamy pastry cream. Easy to apply because of its nozzle design piping bag, it may be used to stuff or garnish previously baked products or to stuff bread and cakes before they are baked.

Applications: Preparation for soufflés, toppings, and stuffing for cakes, bread, cookies, muffins, rolls, stuffed donuts, pies, tartlets, canapés, crepes, Jell-O, flans, mousse, or to complement ice cream, milkshakes and beverages.

Flavors: Vanilla, cow milk caramel and chocolate.

Packaging: 2 lb. piping bags (9 piece case) 4, 16 and 20 Kg. buckets.

Suggestions for use: For better preservation, keep container closed. Use and store in cool place.
