New Product Development
Our Research and Development Department allows us to make new products in order to meet the special needs of each one of our customers. Everything we do is pursuant to certified world class production standards.
We have a pilot plant scaled to a real production plant so that the products we develop are representative of what customers will receive. It has all the process equipment needed, as well as identical operating conditions present in the production plant; therefore, all small scaled processes performed have a high level of certainty. We also have measuring equipment needed for the development of new products; for example, to measure viscosity, baking resistance tests, aqueous activity measurement, and an environmental chamber for accelerated shelf life studies, among other equipment.
