The finishing touch to provide your product with the quality, flavor and glitter it deserves.

Characteristics: Preserves the fruit in your desserts and provides them with a special glitter. Our glaze protects them from oxidation and/or dryness, preserving its appearance always fresh. Also, it is mixed with all kinds of fruit to provide the flavor and color of your choice. It can be baked at up to 210ºC.

Applications: It is used to decorate cakes, bread, cookies, muffins, rolls, canapés, crepes, Jell-O, flans, mousse and even for coating and decoration.

Flavors: Flavorless, Strawberry, Pineapple.

Packaging: 2 lb. piping bags (9 piece case) 4, 16 and 20 Kg. buckets.

Suggestions for use: For better preservation, keep container closed. Use and store in cool place.
